I've been getting up early on and off again for the last few years, but I haven't been able to do so consistently.
There is so so much I want to do, and it's hard to find the time to just rock the day. So I'm currently testing out the methods from the Miracle Morning Book* by Hal Elrod. It's a very inspirational book, and I'm experimenting with applying it to my life.
"Your Job is purely to love yourself. Truly and deeply. Feel it. Again and again. Make it a single minded focus. The mind and body will respond automatically. They don't have a choice. As you love yourself, life loves back."
"Beautiful irony. Fall in love with yourself. Let your love express itself and the world will beat a path to your door to fall in love with you."
Can the simple act of telling yourself "I love myself" over and over again drastically improve your life?
Let's find out.
I'll periodically keep you updated on my progress testing out the Love Yourself principle.
Update #1: day III
It's still early days in this experiment, but I feel considerably lighter and my mind feels less fogged by heaviness, frustration, and despair.
